R R Kabel has reported an intra-group acquisition by Hemlata Home Solutions Pvt Ltd, which acquired 58,32,464 equity shares (5.16% of paid-up capital) of the company on 1st October 2025. This happened under a Scheme of Amalgamation where Ram Ratna Research and Holdings Pvt Ltd and Jag-Bid Finvest Pvt Ltd (both transferors) merged into Hemlata Home Solutions Pvt Ltd (transferee).
