Radhe Developers reported a strong rebound in Q1 FY26 with revenue from operations of ₹514.83 lakhs, up from just ₹20 lakhs in Q1 FY25. Total income stood at ₹515.13 lakhs. Profit before tax surged to ₹435.76 lakhs from a loss of ₹102.32 lakhs a year ago, while net profit came in at ₹387.79 lakhs versus a loss of ₹101.85 lakhs in Q1 FY25. Basic EPS was ₹0.07. The results were approved along with the Board's Report, AGM notice, and a re-appointment of Mr. Ashish Patel as Managing Director/CEO for 5 years from January 2026. A new Independent Director, Mr. Rajendra Bholabhai Patel, was also appointed. The auditor flagged that no provision was made for gratuity as required by Accounting Standard 15.
