RailTel has bagged a work order worth Rs 19.84 crore from the Ministry of External Affairs for setting up a Data Centre inside the Ministry of Foreign Affairs building in Addis Ababa, Ethiopia. The international project covers project implementation services with execution timeline running till December 2029. Work order was received on December 26, 2025. The promoter group has no interest in the awarding entity and the contract is not a related party transaction.
Positive for international order book, though small at under 1 percent of revenue. Strengthens export credentials and diplomatic project experience.
