Rainbow Childrens Medicare will acquire 64 percent partnership interest in Super Prime Medical Care LLP, which runs a 70-bed hospital in Nellore, Andhra Pradesh, for Rs 19.84 Cr in cash. Post-deal, the LLP will become a subsidiary. LLP FY26 turnover was Rs 9.44 Cr (unaudited). The deal strengthens Rainbow's hub-and-spoke model in AP, taking total AP beds to 429 across four hospitals. Expected to commission by August 31, 2026, funded by internal accruals. About 30 more beds planned for gynaecology and obstetrics.
Strategic expansion in Andhra Pradesh, strengthens regional network. Modest deal size, funded internally without equity dilution.
