Rainbow Childrens Medicare inaugurated a new 90-bed spoke hospital in Electronic City, Bengaluru, taking network capacity from about 2,285 to about 2,375 beds. Project cost is around 55 crore rupees, funded by internal accruals. The facility is the company's 5th hospital in Bengaluru and will operate as a spoke linked to its existing Marathahalli hub. Q2 FY26 occupancy was 46.3 percent.
Adds growth capacity in a key market. Modest capex funded internally, limited near-term margin pressure.
