Board approved unaudited results for September 2026. Consolidated revenue rose 22.1% year on year to Rs5.43 billion in the quarter and 27.6% to Rs10.18 billion in the half year. Profit attributable to owners rose 9.1% to Rs820.91 million and 10.8% to Rs1.43 billion, respectively. The operating margin before depreciation, interest and tax fell from 35.3% to 32.8%. The group also acquired 64% of Super Prime Medical Care for Rs198.4 million.
Revenue growth is positive, but margin compression and modest profit growth may temper the stock response. The acquisition adds scale but uses cash.
