Raja Bahadur International informed BSE about publishing newspaper ads in Financial Express and Prathakal on October 9, 2026. The ads inform investors about SEBI's special one-year window, open from February 5, 2026 to February 4, 2027, for transferring and dematerialising physical shares purchased before April 1, 2019. Earlier rejected or pending requests can also be resubmitted. Investors can lodge transfer requests with the company's RTA, Satellite Corporate Services Private Limited, in Mumbai.
Shareholders with physical shares bought before April 1, 2019 should use this one-time SEBI window to demat and transfer shares before February 4, 2027.
