On the reaction day the stock moved 0.4 pts less than its Industrial Products peers, over the same two closes: a difference in percentage points, not a measure of what the filing did.

Rajoo's unaudited Q2 FY27 revenue rose 10.47% to Rs 101.91 crore, but net profit fell 41.38% to Rs 8.26 crore and the operating margin slipped to 9.75% from 19.84%. H1 revenue rose 26.88% to Rs 224.98 crore, aided by acquired subsidiary Kohli Printing, but net profit fell 12.25% to Rs 25.61 crore. Management cited project mix, higher staff and input costs, and price volatility. A Rieckermann partnership supports Southeast Asian expansion.
Revenue growth is positive, but falling profit and margins may hurt near-term sentiment. Recovery depends on cost control and a better product mix.
