Rallis India has informed the stock exchanges about a change in its Chief Financial Officer. Ms. Subhra Gourisaria is being relieved from the role of CFO effective July 24, 2025, as she is moving to another Tata Group company. To fill the position, the Board has appointed Mr. Bhaskar Swaminathan as the new CFO effective August 7, 2025, based on recommendations from the Audit Committee and the Nomination and Remuneration Committee. Mr. Swaminathan is a Chartered Accountant with nearly 30 years of experience, currently serving as Business Finance Head – India at Tata Chemicals Ltd. He has held senior finance roles at companies including Syngenta India, Volkswagen Group, IHCL, and Sterlite Industries.
This is an internal transition within the Tata Group ecosystem, which should provide continuity and stability in financial leadership. Shareholders should expect a smooth handover, though there is a short gap between the outgoing CFO's last day and the incoming CFO's start date.
