Rallis India has announced a change in its Chief Financial Officer. Ms. Subhra Gourisaria will be relieved from the role effective July 24, 2025, as she is moving to another Tata Group company. The Board has appointed Mr. Bhaskar Swaminathan as the new CFO, effective August 7, 2025. Mr. Swaminathan is a Chartered Accountant with nearly 30 years of experience and currently serves as Business Finance Head – India at Tata Chemicals Ltd. since 2020.
