The Board allotted 10,150,000 fully paid shares of ₹1 each on conversion of warrants issued through a preferential issue to six investors at ₹4.80 per warrant. The holders paid the remaining ₹3.60 per warrant, bringing ₹4.872 crore into the company. Total shares rose from 90,862,000 to 101,012,000. Kumar Gaurav and Co. was appointed auditor, subject to shareholder approval.
Cash inflow of ₹4.872 crore supports the balance sheet, while 10,150,000 new shares dilute existing ownership by about 10 percent.
