On the reaction day the stock moved 1.2 pts less than Nifty Microcap 250 and 1.6 pts less than its Civil Construction peers, over the same two closes: a difference in percentage points, not a measure of what the filing did.
Minute windows have no benchmark: there is no intraday index history to compare against.
Ramky Infrastructure's board, meeting on September 29, 2025, approved several top-level changes effective from September 30 and October 1, 2025. Mr. D. Lakshmana Rao resigned as Chief Financial Officer, and Mr. Sravanth Rayapudi, a Chartered Accountant with 15+ years of finance leadership experience, was appointed as the new CFO with a fixed pay of ₹72.25 lakh per annum plus performance-linked variable pay. Mr. Sunil Sukumaran Nair, currently leading the water business at Utica FZC, was appointed as Chief Executive Officer (KMP) with a fixed pay of ₹3.50 crore per annum plus variable pay. Ms. Allam Rama Devi's second term as Independent Woman Director ended, and Ms. Malvieka Joshi, a legal and HR professional, was appointed as the new Independent Woman Director for five years. A postal ballot notice was also approved for shareholders' approval of Ms. Joshi's appointment.
A complete change at the top — new CEO and CFO coming in from outside the company — could bring fresh strategic direction but may also introduce short-term uncertainty for shareholders. The structured compensation (fixed + variable) ties leadership payouts to company performance, which is generally positive for minority investors.
