Ramky Infrastructure Limited has secured a ₹1,401.84 crore EPC contract from Maharashtra Industrial Township Limited (MITL) for infrastructure works at Dighi Port Industrial Area (DPIA), Phase I, Package A in Raigad district, Maharashtra. The contract covers end-to-end delivery including design, construction, testing, commissioning, and a 4-year performance-based operations and maintenance period, and is part of the Delhi Mumbai Industrial Corridor (DMIC). The scope includes roads, stormwater systems, water and sewerage networks, recycled water distribution, power distribution, and utility ducts for ICT. Completion is required within 930 days from the appointed date. MITL is a special purpose vehicle with equity participation from the Government of India and the Maharashtra State Government.
