On the reaction day the stock moved 0.1 pts more than Nifty Microcap 250 and 0.2 pts more than its Computers Hardware & Equipments peers, over the same two closes: a difference in percentage points, not a measure of what the filing did.
Minute windows have no benchmark: there is no intraday index history to compare against.
Deloitte Haskins and Sells LLP, one of two joint statutory auditors of Rashi Peripherals, has ceased office on October 16, 2026. Reason: ineligibility under the Companies Act after Rashi's recent acquisition of VDA Infosolutions, as Deloitte has a business relationship with the acquiree. Deloitte has also stepped down as auditor of wholly owned subsidiary Rashi Semiconductor Solutions. The other joint statutory auditor, Pipara and Co., continues in office. The company has begun identifying a reputed firm to fill the casual vacancy.
Technical change driven by the VDA Infosolutions acquisition, not a governance red flag. Audit continuity is maintained by the remaining joint auditor; a replacement will be appointed.
