Ratnamani Metals & Tubes has incorporated a new subsidiary called 'Ratnamani Middle East Company, LLC' in Dammam, Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, on August 25, 2025. The new entity is a joint venture with Saudi Electrical Materials Company Limited, part of the SESCO group (Tamimi Group), with Ratnamani subscribing to 75% of the share capital for SAR 15,00,000 (approximately ₹33 lakh). The JV will manufacture seamless steel tubes and pipes locally in KSA to serve customers in Saudi Arabia, GCC countries, and other markets on opportunity basis, reducing dependence on imports in the region. This follows the JV agreement signed in April 2025, and marks Ratnamani's formal entry into the Middle East with a local manufacturing footprint.
Positive strategic move for shareholders — opens access to high-growth KSA and GCC markets in oil & gas, petrochemicals, and infrastructure segments, supported by a well-established local partner. The cash investment is small relative to the company's size, so near-term financial impact is limited, but it strengthens long-term growth optionality and brand presence in the region.
