Ravi Kumar Distilleries has published its audited financial results for Q4 and full year FY26 ending March 31, 2026. Annual revenue declined significantly to Rs 5,421.88 Lacs from Rs 7,483.73 Lacs in FY25, a drop of about 27.5%. However, profit before tax (before exceptional items) improved substantially to Rs 125.88 Lacs from just Rs 13.22 Lacs in the previous year. Net profit after tax for the year stood at Rs 13.68 Lacs, marginally higher than Rs 13.22 Lacs in FY25. For Q4 alone, revenue was Rs 1,352.51 Lacs versus Rs 2,057.49 Lacs in Q4 FY25. The company has reserves of Rs 1,803.81 Lacs and maintains equity share capital of Rs 2,400 Lacs. EPS for the year is Rs 0.06 per share.
Revenue has declined significantly while pre-tax profitability improved, but exceptional items and tax have largely offset these gains. Shareholders may find the overall performance mixed given the revenue contraction despite operational improvements.
