On the reaction day the stock moved 0.1 pts less than Nifty Microcap 250 and 0.8 pts more than its Other Electrical Equipment peers, over the same two closes: a difference in percentage points, not a measure of what the filing did.
Minute windows have no benchmark: there is no intraday index history to compare against.
Ravindra Energy's associate Energy In Motion (EIM) signed a deal with HPCL to set up battery swapping and fast charging hubs at HPCL's 25,000 plus fuel stations for electric heavy commercial vehicles. Phased rollout planned on Mumbai-Pune, Delhi-Jaipur and Chennai-Bangalore corridors over 18 to 24 months. EIM already operates 6 swap stations in Delhi-NCR and JNPA port and targets 40 stations by March 2027.
Positive signal as HPCL tie-up gives nationwide scale; indirect benefit to Ravindra Energy through its associate stake in EIM.
