On the reaction day the stock moved 0.7 pts less than Nifty Smallcap 250 and 0.9 pts less than its Private Sector Bank peers, over the same two closes: a difference in percentage points, not a measure of what the filing did.
Minute windows have no benchmark: there is no intraday index history to compare against.
RBL Bank filed a corrigendum to the Emirates NBD open offer documents. It adds new required approvals from SEBI, CDSL and NSDL for change in control of RBL's intermediary licenses. Core offer terms stay unchanged: Emirates NBD to acquire up to 26 percent stake at INR 280 per share, totalling about INR 11,636 crore. RBL is also surrendering its stock broker license with MSE.
Procedural update; adds SEBI, CDSL and NSDL approvals as conditions before the open offer can close. Offer price and size unchanged.
