Recode Studios has completed Phase I of its acquisition of Aflairza Professionals, buying a 33 percent stake for about Rs 8.32 crore in cash at Rs 285 per share. Aflairza, a beauty and cosmetics company with predecessor firm turnover of Rs 8.22 crore in FY26, was recently incorporated via conversion of a partnership firm.
