Regaal Resources reported total income of Rs. 2,449.31 million for Q4 FY26 and Rs. 11,353.65 million for full year FY26, up 39% YoY from Rs. 8,175.76 million. Net profit after tax stood at Rs. 165.35 million for Q4 and Rs. 555.60 million for the year, up 29% from Rs. 478.26 million in FY25. EPS (basic) improved to Rs. 5.86 for FY26. The company completed its IPO in August 2025 raising Rs. 2,099.93 million through fresh issue. It also commissioned expanded crushing capacity from 825 to 1,650 TPD, a new 180 TPD liquid glucose plant, and a 50 TPD maltodextrin powder facility at its Bihar plant. An exceptional item of Rs. 66.57 million was recognized due to SGST reimbursement liability. Board recommended dividend of Rs. 0.25 per share (5% of face value Rs. 5) subject to shareholder approval.
Strong 39% revenue growth and 29% PAT growth indicate healthy operational performance. The IPO-funded capacity expansion positions the company for future growth. The SGST reimbursement issue is a one-time exceptional charge but warrants monitoring for any government demand.
