Regaal Resources Limited published its audited standalone financial results for Q4 and full year ended March 31, 2026. Total income was Rs. 2,449.31 million for Q4 and Rs. 11,353.65 million for the full year, up 38.5% year-on-year from Rs. 8,175.76 million. Profit after tax for Q4 was Rs. 165.35 million and Rs. 555.60 million for the full year, compared to Rs. 476.68 million prior year, representing ~16.5% growth. The Board recommended a dividend of Rs. 0.25 per equity share (5% of face value Rs. 5). The company completed its IPO in August 2025 of 28,58,520 equity shares at Rs. 102 per share. An exceptional item of Rs. 66.57 million was provided related to SGST subsidy reversals. The company also commissioned expanded crushing capacity to 1,650 TPD, a new Liquid Glucose facility (180 TPD), and increased captive power to 15.8 MW.
