Board recommends final dividend of Rs 0.25 per share (5% on face value of Rs 5) for FY26. Record date: 16 Sep 2026. 14th AGM on 23 Sep 2026 at 3 PM via video conferencing. Dividend will be paid within 30 days of AGM approval. TDS at 10% for resident shareholders with valid PAN, 20% if PAN is missing or inoperative. Non-residents taxed at 20% plus surcharge and cess, subject to treaty rates. Shareholders must upload required tax documents on the RTA portal on or before 16 Sep 2026, 5 PM.
