IDC says open offer at Rs 10 per share is fair and reasonable

Committee of Independent Directors of Rekvina Laboratories has recommended the open offer price of Rs 10 per equity share as fair and reasonable under SEBI SAST rules. The offer is for up to 28,90,000 equity shares (26 percent of expanded share capital) by Surbhit Shah, Amit Shah, and Dhruvalkumar Patel. The IDC recommendation was published in Financial Express, Jansatta, Navshakti, and regional editions on June 25, 2026. Public shareholders are advised to independently evaluate before deciding to tender.
