On the reaction day the stock moved 1.6 pts less than Nifty Microcap 250 and 1.3 pts less than its Housing Finance Company peers, over the same two closes: a difference in percentage points, not a measure of what the filing did.

Reliance Home Finance, currently under CIRP, replied to stock exchanges that its Resolution Professional has not received any notice, intimation, or communication from CBI regarding the Rs 228 crore bank fraud case reported in media. The Board of Directors stands suspended and all powers vest with the RP. The company has been under NCLT insolvency process since September 20, 2025, with Mr Umesh Sonkar confirmed as RP with 100 percent CoC vote. New correspondence address and email shared for CIRP matters.
RP denies receiving CBI notice, which may ease concerns slightly, but firm remains under insolvency and stock is illiquid. Existing investors unlikely to recover value soon.
