Repco Home Finance reported audited standalone total income of Rs 1,793.90 crore and consolidated income of Rs 1,797.69 crore for FY2026, representing modest growth over the previous year. The statutory auditor issued an unmodified (clean) opinion on both standalone and consolidated financial results. The company recommended a final dividend of Rs 3 per equity share (30% on face value Rs 10). Key approvals include raising funds via Non-Convertible Debentures (NCD) up to Rs 1,500 crore and Commercial Paper up to Rs 1,000 crore on private placement basis, and increase in borrowing limits from Rs 15,000 crore to Rs 20,000 crore (subject to shareholder approval). Mr. Vaidyanathan S Iyer was appointed as Internal Auditor for FY2026-27. Notable accounting notes include restatement of prior period figures due to Deferred Tax Liability reversal on Special Reserve and reversal of Rs 9.66 crore interest income following NHB advisory.
The clean audit opinion and dividend recommendation are positive signals for shareholders. The planned fund raise of up to Rs 2,500 crore and increased borrowing limits indicate the company is scaling its operations. However, the accounting restatements for deferred tax and interest reversals may attract regulatory scrutiny and warrant monitoring.
