On the reaction day the stock moved 2.9 pts more than its Housing Finance Company peers, over the same two closes: a difference in percentage points, not a measure of what the filing did.
Minute windows have no benchmark: there is no intraday index history to compare against.
Q2 FY27 sanctions were Rs 1,359 crore and disbursements were Rs 1,205 crore, up from Rs 938 crore and Rs 843 crore in Q1 FY27. Total income rose 8% year on year to Rs 481 crore and net profit rose 9% to Rs 116 crore. The loan book reached Rs 16,425 crore, gross bad loans fell to 2.4% from 3.1%, and net interest margin improved to 5.5%.
Results look positive as profit and lending grew, bad loans fell and capital stayed strong. Higher staff and administrative costs could limit future gains.
