Repco Home Finance's board approved audited standalone and consolidated financial results for Q4 and FY ended March 31, 2025, with the auditor (R. Subramanian and Company LLP) issuing an unmodified (clean) opinion on both. The board recommended a dividend of Rs. 4 per share (40% on face value of Rs. 10) for FY25, subject to shareholder approval. The company also proposed raising Rs. 1,500 crore via Non-Convertible Debentures and Rs. 1,000 crore via Commercial Paper on private placement. Housing finance segment revenue grew about 12% YoY to Rs. 1,720.76 crore and segment results rose to Rs. 435.65 crore. Total assets stood at Rs. 14,602 crore, with the loan book at Rs. 14,109 crore. Net cash used in operating activities remained negative at Rs. 613.70 crore, though improved from the prior year's negative Rs. 684.51 crore. Mr. Vaidyanathan S Iyer was appointed as Internal Auditor for FY26.
The 40% dividend and proposed large fund-raising (Rs. 2,500 crore combined) signal confidence in business growth and capital adequacy, though continued negative operating cash flow reflects the asset-heavy nature of housing finance. Clean audit and ~12% growth in core housing finance revenue are positives for shareholders.
