Board approved Q1 FY27 (quarter ended 30 June 2026) un-audited results. Standalone total income rose to about Rs 457 cr from Rs 444 cr YoY. Standalone profit after tax grew to Rs 114.15 cr from Rs 107.94 cr. Consolidated PAT was Rs 121.62 cr. Asset quality improved with GNPA at 2.67% and NNPA at 1.23%. Capital adequacy ratio stood at 24.40%. Auditor R Subramanian and Company LLP flagged an emphasis of matter regarding reversal of deferred tax liability of Rs 14.40 cr on the special reserve under Section 36(1)(viii).
Steady profit growth and stable asset quality. Auditor emphasis of matter on deferred tax accounting is worth monitoring but does not modify the review conclusion.
