RCC Cements informed the stock exchange about changes in its Key Managerial Personnel. Mrs Shimpy Goyal resigned as Company Secretary and KMP with effect from 26 October 2025. Mr. Soban Singh Aswal also resigned as Chief Financial Officer and KMP with effect from 3 November 2025, citing personal reasons. The board accepted both resignations in its meeting held on 3 November 2025 and appointed Mr. Rachit Garg as the new CFO and KMP with immediate effect. Mr. Rachit Garg is an MBA in Finance & Marketing with over 10 years of experience in legal, accounts and finance. The Managing Director Sachin Garg signed off on the disclosures.
The CFO position has been filled without any gap, which maintains financial oversight continuity. However, two KMP departures in quick succession (Company Secretary and CFO) may raise minor governance concerns among retail investors, though the new CFO appears suitably qualified.
