Ashiana Ispat Ltd has informed the BSE that Mr. Ravindra Kumar Jain has resigned from the position of Chief Financial Officer with effect from January 12, 2026. The resignation was disclosed under SEBI Listing Regulations, with the Annexure providing cessation details. In his resignation letter, Mr. Jain stated that he is stepping down due to health issues and personal pre-occupations, and clarified there are no other reasons behind his decision. The Managing Director, Mr. Puneet Jain, signed off on the intimation to the exchange.
The company has lost a key finance executive and will need to appoint a new CFO in due course.
