Vaishnavi Padya has resigned as Chief Financial Officer (CFO) of Vasudhagama Enterprises Ltd with effect from 19 May 2026. The company has simultaneously appointed Sandeep Prabhakar Khare as the new CFO from the same date. Both changes were disclosed under SEBI LODR Regulation 30. The filing was signed by Bhavik Naiya, Director of the company. The transition appears to be a planned succession with no gap between the outgoing and incoming CFO.
