Postal ballot for RPT to buy Mandideep manufacturing unit from related party KLPL

Resonance Specialties seeks shareholder approval via postal ballot to buy a manufacturing facility at Mandideep, Madhya Pradesh from related party Kaygee Laboratories (KLPL) for Rs. 29.98 crores on a slump sale basis. The deal covers leasehold land, buildings, plant and machinery, licenses, permits and employees, making the company vertically integrated in Pyridine, collidines and derivatives. The deal equals 33.22 percent of annual turnover. Funding from internal accruals and borrowings. E-voting runs Aug 20 to Sep 18, 2026.
