Response Informatics reported its Q3 FY26 (quarter ended Dec 31, 2025) unaudited results. Standalone revenue grew ~11% YoY to Rs.229.10 lakhs, with net profit almost doubling to Rs.10.40 lakhs from Rs.5.45 lakhs. However, 9-month standalone revenue declined ~17% to Rs.634.21 lakhs and 9-month profit fell to Rs.22.29 lakhs from Rs.34.89 lakhs. On a consolidated basis, Q3 profit rose sharply to Rs.41.25 lakhs (vs Rs.24.75 lakhs), but 9-month consolidated profit dropped to Rs.52.50 lakhs from Rs.121.43 lakhs. Separately, the Board approved acquiring the balance 33.33% stake in Datalabs AI Private Limited (an AI services & software development firm) for cash, making it a wholly owned subsidiary. Response already holds 66.70%, and the deal is expected to close within 2 months.
The acquisition consolidates full control over the AI-focused subsidiary, which is strategically aligned but currently very small (turnover of ~Rs.10 lakhs in FY25). Shareholders should note the weak 9-month performance despite a better Q3, while the wholly-owned subsidiary structure could simplify future earnings reporting.
