21st AGM voting results: both resolutions passed

Rex Sealing and Packing Industries held its 21st AGM on September 30, 2026. Both resolutions were passed. The ordinary resolution to adopt FY2026 audited financial statements was approved with 69.77% votes in favor (8,77,030 out of 12,57,000 votes polled, 0 against). The resolution to reappoint Mrs. Meeta Manjunath Nayak as director, retiring by rotation, also passed; promoter group votes were excluded as they are interested parties, with public non-institution votes 100% in favor.
