Trading window closed from Oct 1, 2026 ahead of H1 results

Rex Sealing and Packing Industries has closed its trading window for designated persons starting October 1, 2026, ahead of the declaration of unaudited standalone financial results for the half year ending September 30, 2026. The window will reopen 48 hours after results are declared. PANs of directors, immediate relatives, promoters, auditors and senior management personnel have been frozen at the depository level. Board meeting date to consider the H1 results will be announced separately.
