Price Waterhouse Chartered Accountants LLP has resigned as statutory auditor of RHI Magnesita India and its wholly owned subsidiary RHIMIRL with immediate effect from 14 August 2026. The reason is to align the auditor with the ultimate holding company RHI Magnesita N.V. No concerns or governance issues were flagged by the outgoing auditor. B S R and Co.
