RHI Magnesita India informed that RHIM Khemka MINPRO Private Limited is now its JV or subsidiary with effect from 3 August 2026. RHIM holds 51 percent and Khemka holds 49 percent. Khemka was allotted 9,607 equity shares at Rs.1,990 each (total about Rs.1.91 crore) on a preferential basis for non-cash consideration, being about 12.87 acres of land in Odisha. This follows the JV agreement disclosed earlier in June and July 2026.
Strategic land asset added via JV in Odisha. Limited immediate financial impact given small consideration, but extends RHI Magnesita India operations.
