45th AGM: All resolutions passed with 100% approval

Ridhi Synthetics held its 45th AGM on September 30, 2026. All resolutions passed with 100% approval and zero dissent. Three ordinary resolutions approved: FY26 audited financials, reappointment of Ms. Deepa Bhavsar as director, and statutory auditor appointment. Two special resolutions also approved: alteration of objects clause of the Memorandum and reappointment of Ms. Bhavsar as Whole-time Director for 3 years from April 1, 2026 at Rs 20,000 per month. Total votes cast: 894,600.
