RITES Limited has announced changes in its Senior Management effective April 8, 2026. Mrs. Shobhana Palli, previously GGM/Civil & Regional Head-SRPO, has been transferred and posted as Vertical Head/RI & Metro. Colonel Mahesh Narayan, previously GGM/Civil at RI Vertical Gurgaon, has been transferred to SRPO Bangalore as Regional Head, Southern Region Project Office, and is now included in Senior Management. Both are internal transfers within the company. Colonel Narayan brings over 30 years of infrastructure experience including airport projects across 30+ airports globally.
These are routine internal reorganisations within senior management and do not involve board-level or KMP changes. The additions of experienced infrastructure leaders may positively signal operational capability to investors.
