16th AGM concluded; Re 1 final dividend declared; new directors appointed

Rithwik Facility Management Services held its 16th AGM on September 30, 2026, at its Chennai registered office. 22 shareholders attended and the meeting concluded at 4:25 PM. Items passed included adoption of FY26 audited financial statements, declaration of a 10 percent final dividend (Re 1 per share), appointment of SVRJNS and Co as statutory auditors, and appointment of three directors including one independent director.
