RNIT AI Solutions has completed the state-wide rollout of its AI-based Facial Recognition Attendance System called 'NIYAMIT GOA' for the Directorate of Panchayats in Goa. The deployment was done under a SAAS (Software-as-a-Service) model through Goa Electronics Limited, a Government of Goa entity. The system is now live across all Village Panchayats, Block Development Offices, the Directorate of Panchayats, and their sub-offices, enabling instant attendance authentication for government employees. This is the first time the Goa Government has carried out a state-wide deployment of a mobile app-based AI-driven facial recognition attendance system.
