Mr. Sunil Kumar Sharma appointed as Managing Director of Rollatainers

Rollatainers Limited's Board of Directors, based on the recommendation of the Nomination and Remuneration Committee, has approved the appointment of Mr. Sunil Kumar Sharma as Additional Director (Executive) and Managing Director effective August 5, 2026, for a period of 5 years, subject to shareholder approval at the forthcoming General Meeting. He has 25 years of experience in supply chain coordination, warehouse management, inventory control, transportation, dispatch, and operational management. He is not debarred from holding office as a Director by any authority.
