9th AGM voting results: all 7 resolutions passed with 100 percent support

Roni Households 9th AGM was held on Sept 30, 2026 via video conferencing. All 7 resolutions passed with 100 percent votes in favour. These included adoption of FY26 audited standalone and consolidated financial statements, re-appointment of director Harish Sirwani retiring by rotation, re-appointment of statutory auditor, approval of CMD remuneration, and three material related party transactions with R S Industries, Harish Sirwani, and Nidhi Sirwani for FY27. Promoter votes of about 35.34 lakh were invalid on related party resolutions 5, 6, and 7 as promoter is an interested party.
