AGM results: all 7 resolutions passed, including auditor re-appointment

Roni Households held its 9th AGM on September 30, 2026 via video conferencing. All 7 resolutions were passed with 100 percent votes in favour, including adoption of FY26 standalone and consolidated audited financial statements, re-appointment of statutory auditor for the 2nd term with fixed remuneration, re-appointment of Harish Manohar Sirwani as director by rotation, approval of his remaining term remuneration as CMD, and approval of material related party transactions with R S Industries, Harish Sirwani, and Nidhi Sirwani for FY27.
