AGM approves MD and Whole-Time Director re-appointments

At the 32nd AGM on 25 August 2026, members approved: re-appointment of Harsh Mohan Gupta as Executive Chairman and MD for 3 years (1 April 2027 to 31 March 2030); re-appointment of his daughter Samara Gupta as Whole-Time Director for about 3 years (9 February 2027 to 31 January 2030); and appointment of Digant Parikh (internal SVP Finance) as Whole-Time Director for about 3 years (26 August 2026 to 31 July 2029). Nirmal Khurana retired as rotational Director and Whole-Time Director upon attaining superannuation age.
