Royal Orchid Hotels has published a newspaper notice informing shareholders about SEBI's special window for re-lodging physical share transfer requests. The window runs from February 5, 2026 to February 4, 2027. It applies to transfer deeds lodged before April 1, 2019 that were rejected or not processed. Shareholders who missed the earlier January 6, 2026 deadline can submit documents to the RTA, Integrated Registry Management Services. Re-lodged shares will be issued in demat mode only.
