On the reaction day the stock moved 1.4 pts less than Nifty Microcap 250 and 1.1 pts less than its Business Process Outsourcing (BPO)/ Knowledge Process Outsourcing (KPO) peers, over the same two closes: a difference in percentage points, not a measure of what the filing did.
Minute windows have no benchmark: there is no intraday index history to compare against.
RPSG Ventures has published a notice in Business Standard and Aajkal about SEBI's special window from February 5, 2026 to February 4, 2027, allowing holders of physical shares bought or sold before April 1, 2019 to convert them into demat form. This is a routine regulatory publication under SEBI circular dated January 30, 2026. Eligible shareholders can lodge requests with the RTA, MUFG Intime India. Transferred shares will carry a one year mandatory lock-in.
No business impact. Informational only — shareholders with old physical share certificates should note the February 2027 deadline for demat conversion.
