RRP Defense posted Q1 FY27 standalone net profit of INR 1.42 lakhs versus a loss of INR 160.50 lakhs in Q1 FY26 (restated). Total income fell to INR 709.19 lakhs from INR 1,240.10 lakhs. The company corrected a prior period error by adjusting INR 245.03 lakhs of Deferred Revenue Expenditure against reserves, with no tax or cash flow impact. The board also approved shifting corporate office from Gurugram to Navi Mumbai and withdrew the proposed acquisition of Paras Green UAV Private Limited, originally announced on 3 July 2025.
Return to profit is encouraging, but weak revenue and the dropped acquisition may limit near-term growth visibility.
