Rubfila International's board approved selling its entire 100% stake in wholly-owned subsidiary Premier Tissues India Ltd (PTIL) to Finquest Personal Care Pvt Ltd for Rs 61 crore cash. PTIL contributed 15.68% of consolidated revenue (around Rs 95.74 crore) and 16.59% of net worth in FY26. The buyer is linked to promoter Hardik Patel, making it a related-party transaction. Proceeds will be paid within 30 days of approvals, and rerouted to the core rubber-thread business.
Cash of Rs 61 crore to fund core rubber-thread business. PTIL ceases to be a subsidiary. Related-party deal needs shareholder approval.
