At the 46th AGM on September 30, 2026, shareholders approved two board changes effective August 11, 2026. Mrs. Jyotsana Vishnu Joshi (Arts graduate, 10+ years in education) was appointed as Independent Non-Executive Director for a five-year term. Promoter Mr. Gopal Lal Paliwal, earlier Managing Director with 20+ years in mining and building materials, was redesignated as Promoter Non-Executive Director, liable to retire by rotation.
